Don founded Conscendo in 2013. Under Don's leadership, Conscendo has become a premier provider of products and services to clients in both government and private industries in US and China. Prior to Conscendo, Don spent over 15 years in the US public sector and held numerous management and executive positions at various federal agencies such as US Department of Treasury and Department of Health and Human Services as well as Lockheed Martin Corporation, the world's largest government contractor.
Don received his MBA from the University of Chicago and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology.
Joe Giglio is a long-time medical products industry professional specializing in the delivery of medical devices and equipment to private and government-based healthcare providers.
His experience includes over 22 years managing product divisions for leading manufacturers suppling private and government-based healthcare providers throughout the U.S. including major hospitals, medical clinics, long-term care operators, federal government facilities, school systems, pharmaceutical companies, and veterinary clinics among others.
Ryan Whitaker received his Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Southwestern State University, majoring in political science with a special concentration on global studies. After graduating, he pursued a career in sales, focusing primarily in the insurance industry before finding his true passion in the medical sales arena.
Giovana has over ten years of experience in the healthcare industry and three years experience in medical devices, working for multinational companies and managing business in the United States and in Brazil.
Henry is in charge of Conscendo's product development and manufacturing cultivation in China.
Gia manages Conscendo’s business and government relationship as well as manufacturing cultivation in Vietnam.
Guodong is Conscendo's General Counsel and manages all legal affairs of the company.
